2020 Credit Union National Association Diamond Award
Our work earned national praise by winning a 2020 Credit Union National Association Diamond Award for excellence in marketing ($500MM Asset Class) in our "Complete Campaign" featuring a "Black Friday" auto refinance loan program we called, "Wheel of a Deal" featured on CUNA's awards site. Entry materials below, including radio and TV production, showcase my short-form copywriting. 
First Things First - Voices, Personas, Messages and Guides
In order to make lasting improvements, start with the foundation. Leading up to our award-winning work, we built a renewed corporate brand using a style guide we created for our website migration that clearly defined our acceptable fonts; colors; and logo styles, sizes, and uses. In conjunction with our agency partner, we engaged executive leadership in discussions that culminated in a brand refresh complete with our newly emerging brand voice, target personas, brand mantra, and key messages. We laid out our new site architecture and created visual and narrative content for our wide array of marketing materials with these in mind. 
I personally created visual, writing, and compliance guides to help team members stay on brand and in compliance. Members, fellow employees, leadership, board members, and longtime vendors commented on the stunning improvement they noticed following the unveiling of our new website. As a Culture Committee member, I contributed significantly to the creation of new values, mission, and vision for the organization while producing record-breaking earnings as we maximized impact for over 35,000 members owning assets growing during my tenure by nearly 30%.
